Robert Laity served the AGJ Presentments upon number of courts back in August and September. He received the following letter from Charles S. Carra from the Western District Court in New York. Below is the letter:

This letter will be responded to by American Grand Jury in much the same way we reponded to Judge Lamberth. This court is trying to pass the buck as not having Jurisdiction. This of course is not true. Any Federal District Court has jurisdiction and standing to prosecute the Presentments. We need to remind this Court that they cannot shirk their “sworn” responsibilies to the Constitution.

It is obvious that Nancy Pelosi and possibly many other DNC officials knew darn well Obama was illegal when they certified him on the ticket.

Exhibit 1 clearly has the wording:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution:

But Exhibit 2 specifically leaves out the qualifying verbage:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively:

So why is this fraud? It is very simple:

Pelosi and the DNC obviously prepared 2 documents but discarded the first in favor of hiding the truth and to CTA (cover their ass). It was the second document (the Exhibit 2 document) that was delivered to the Election Commission and is now of record in forty-nine of the fifty state Election Commission offices, state DNC headquarters, complete with date stamps, matching signatures, even the same Notary of Public authentication, but absent the constitutional text.

Not only is this fraud, it is a conspiracy as multiple people were involved with the cover-up.

As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.

This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgment. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.

The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”
