Letter of Grievance to Judge Royce C. Lamberth, United States District Court, District for Columbia

Many are aware that American Grand Jury has a history with Judge Lamberth that goes back several months. Judge Lamberth has been served with both the Super Jury and Super Jury II Presentments.

The most important criminal charge listed in the Presentments is Obama’s “eligibility” fraud.

It is now necessary that we respond to the Judge in the form of a “letter of grievance.” We are requesting that the Judge quit ignoring the people and do his job.

The letter registration is open to ALL United States Citizens who are 15 years are older. As of the first day, December 29th, 2009, American Grand Jury has received over 2,000 name registrations to add to the letter.

The Super II Grand Jury Presentments were process-served upon the US District Court, Hartford, CT.

PRESS RELEASE: December 22, 2009 by American Grand Jury

The Super II Grand Jury Presentments were process-served upon the US District Court, Hartford, CT through the US Attorney’s office. The serve was made by Daniel Hunt, an American Grand Jury member.

Daniel filed this report with American Grand Jury as follows:

I served the Presenments at the U.S. District Court( Abraham Ribicoff Federal Bldg) in Hartford, CT. I intially went to the Court Clerk’s office. I asked for the clerk named on their website. I was told she ws in the New Haven, CT District Court today. The lady asked me why I wanted to speak with the clerk. I explained I was here to serve Presentments of a Grand Jury to the court. I handed her the Presentments upon request. She walked across a large room and handed it to someone sitting at a desk. The lady returned and referred me to the U.S. Attorney’s office on the third floor.

I entered the U.S. Attorney’s office which consisted of a waiting room. The counter was separated by a glass partition. I rang a buzzer on the counter. A lady appeared and I explained I was there to serve the AGJ Presentments. She stated I would need to fill out a form. I informed her this was not a lawsuit but a presentment of criminal charges. She asked me if I was an Attorney. I informed her I was not an Attorney. She asked me for the Presentments. I gave the documents to her.

She then walked away and returned approximately five minutes later and stated it would be reviewed and then notify me. I asked her to stamp the box on the top cover page and give me a copy. She returned after a few minutes with a copy of the whole Presentments including the time and date stamp in the box.

She could not tell me the process or how long it would take. That’s everything that transpired to the best of my recollection. It will be interesting to see how they respond.

PRESS RELEASE: December 15, 2009 by American Grand Jury

See attached a receipt (on FBI FORM) below for the Grand Jury presentments served upon Jeremy Schwartz, Department of the FBI.

The following report was sent to American Grand Jury by Maggie Passaro:

He would not sign on OUR document. Agent Schwartz only had to say to me that “ALL PERSONS UP FOR ELECTION ON BALLOTS ARE CHECKED ON THEIR BACKGROUND BY THE FBI…”

My response was “if the the FBI did indeed do a thorough background check on Obama, did they document the fact that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?” Agent Schwartz had no comment on this.”

I had to re-affirm to agent Schwartz, several times, as he kept saying “citizen” that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN” citizen and that Obama openly admitted this in public and through his writings.

The meeting closed with Schwartz stating that it would take him a couple of days to thoroughly read all the information and if he had any questions he would contact me, and that ultimately the entire stack would be handed over to the Phoenix Office for further assesment and investigation.

I assured him that we do not take this matter lightly and are hoping that someone with proper authority will have the courage to uphold and defend the Constitution as per their OATH of office.

We shook hands and he walked me to the door as we left.

The meeting concluded at 1:09 pm.

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before numerous Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

The United States District Court in Michigan, Western District was officially served by one of our jury members, Sally Borghese. The serve was hand-delivered to the Clerk of the Court.

NOTICE: Tom Crosson, a staff member from Congressman Wittman’s office called and asked us to remove the photo/image of Wittman from our website because of a copyright violation (the image came from Wittman’s public website denoting he is indeed an elected Congressman from Virginia). I asked Mr. Crosson why Wittman has so far done nothing with the American Grand Jury Presentments? There was no comment. Judging by their request to remove the image I would guess this Congressman will continue to do nothing. Wittman might as well join the Democrats as far as we are concerned. The election in November is not that far away. At that time maybe the citizens of Virginia can decide his fate.

Monica Sanders is an American Grand Jury member who doesn’t take “no” for an answer. Monica contacted me a few days ago and said she would be going to a Town Hall meeting with Representative Rob Wittman on Tuesday evening. She asked if we could prepare the Presentments and a cover letter.. BY ALL MEANS was our answer!

I just received the email from Monica that the serve upon the Congressman was successful..

Here is what Monica had to say:

Well, I may not be popular, but I delivered American Grand Jury Presentments to Rob Wittman Tuesday night in public meeting. Some gentleman got up and asked when we were going to get rid of the usurper and I said I planned to wait until after the meeting, however it seemed appropriate to deliver the American Grand Jury presentments at that moment. He said he would look at them. I don’t think it was his happiest hour. Catherine Crabill (former Republican candidate who lost the last election because the Republican party people shunned her because she campaigned on constitutional purity) took him to task over the constitution concerning statements made by other congressmen concerning ignoring the laws of the constitution. Someone else took him to task over not supporting Catherine. You should have seen it!

This week was busy for a few of our Jury members. Donald Gaines in Alabama served 2 United States District Courts on the same day and Mac MacDougall (see previous posting) Served a US District Court and a District Attorney in Tennessee. Great job from both of these members.

This week was busy for a few of our Jury members. Mac MacDougall Served a United States District Court and a District Attorney in Tennessee while Donald Gaines (see next post) in Alabama served 2 US District Courts. Great job from both of these members.

Mac MacDougall was the first member to serve the American Grand Jury Presentments under our Process-Service method. The FIRST Affidavit of Process-Service was returned by Mac MacDougall for the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville, TN.

Mac has now served the Western District of Tennessee, Memphis, TN in the same month.

Great Job Mac! Thank You for being so persistent in the State of Tennessee.
