Grand Jury Presentments were served upon the FBI in Mohave County, Arizona by Maggie Passaro.
PRESS RELEASE: December 15, 2009 by American Grand Jury
See attached a receipt (on FBI FORM) below for the Grand Jury presentments served upon Jeremy Schwartz, Department of the FBI.
The following report was sent to American Grand Jury by Maggie Passaro:
He would not sign on OUR document. Agent Schwartz only had to say to me that “ALL PERSONS UP FOR ELECTION ON BALLOTS ARE CHECKED ON THEIR BACKGROUND BY THE FBI…”
My response was “if the the FBI did indeed do a thorough background check on Obama, did they document the fact that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?” Agent Schwartz had no comment on this.”
I had to re-affirm to agent Schwartz, several times, as he kept saying “citizen” that Obama is NOT a “NATURAL BORN” citizen and that Obama openly admitted this in public and through his writings.
The meeting closed with Schwartz stating that it would take him a couple of days to thoroughly read all the information and if he had any questions he would contact me, and that ultimately the entire stack would be handed over to the Phoenix Office for further assesment and investigation.
I assured him that we do not take this matter lightly and are hoping that someone with proper authority will have the courage to uphold and defend the Constitution as per their OATH of office.
We shook hands and he walked me to the door as we left.
The meeting concluded at 1:09 pm.

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before numerous Courts.
If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.
American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS located in multiple jurisdictions: District for Columbia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, New York, Texas, California, Arizona, Connecticut and others.
More serves will be forth coming.

Need to go after the FBI as well. They are in on this take over. Once you know the truth and you do nothing to expose it, you are a co-conspirator. They swore an oath and are now TRAITORS to the constitution with they hypocritically stand as legal guardians.
Question our Military leaders as to why they are just setting on their rears as well.
Keep pressing. These people are nothing less then cowards hiding in the darkness of deceit, show them we will not back down and watch the cockroaches run.

Bravo to Maggie Passaro ! The more Maggies we get out there serving presentments the more they will see us as a determined “army” of citizens who are not going to put up with this illegal administration.

Looks like the Supreme Court, the F.B.I. and Congress needs to study the data and prosecute those in high office for treason against our beloved nation, plus High Crimes.
We purged ourselves of Nixon, now it is overdue to eject illegals and those who have committed conspiracy–hiding the truth from we who pay the salaries of these people.

The more people get involved, the more momentum we have.
AGJ is growing in numbers and as we grow we become harder to ignore. So we can’t rest on our laurels. We need to keep up the pressure until this “nut” cracks.

We have to drum into their ears that Obummer is not a legal POTUS so much so that they hear those words in their dreams. As Alinsky kept saying the more you repeating the lie eventually it will be accepted as the truth. Since our truth is perceived as a lie then we shold keep saying it until it will be accepted as the truth.

When we submit these presentments, I believe the court needs to respond in 40 days. Do we follow up on all that were filed?

I see that the state of Florida has been served as shown. Does that mean there can not be more than one set of PRESENTMENTS filed in each state???—is’nt it per county in each state?—if so, how do we file in Lee County, Ft.Myers,Fla.?
I would file if properly informed ” how to”.

Hooray, we must “keep on keeping on”. Think of the alternative. (Doom and Destruction). Consideration should be given to pursuing some redress to Judge Carter. He is definitely a traitor in my eyes.

We can serve as many presentments in the Florida courts as we want to. There is no limit as to the number of Presentments we can serve on the courts anywhere in the United States. Until the courts wake up and do their job we are going to continue to serve them.

I hadn’t realized that Maggie was one of the first charter
members of AGJ that essentially set up the table and chairs
for this great movement.Thanks Maggie and thanks to Bob for pointing this out.There has been many who have signed up and
many I am sure will follow but I also must thank ALL of you

Yes! Go after Judge Carter. He initially said that he was an ex Marine indicating that he had what it would take to bring Obama to court. Then he folded like the rest have.

The FBI is as corrupt as our court system. Years ago, I had a friend and neighbor who was the director of the FBI district where we lived in Louisiana. Every time his unit got close to indicting Louisiana Governor Edwin Edwards for massive, longterm fraud and corruption extending across state lines, Washington headquarters signaled for them to pull off the case and concentrate on some drug deals in Morgan City.
He and his agents were infuriated, but had no choice. Years later, Edwards finally crossed too many lines, and is still in a federal penitentiary for maybe the rest of his rotten life.
But FBI HQ is as rotten and political as a flock of Axelrods.

Just got off the phone with FBI office and no further updates regarding the fraud charges I presented them with…however they HAVE READ THIS BLOG….so they are aware of how we feel…I am not intimidated as FBI is here to protect the PEOPLE.
