The Super II Grand Jury Presentments were process-served upon the US District Court, Hartford, CT through the US Attorney’s office. The serve was made by Daniel Hunt, an American Grand Jury member.
Daniel filed this report with American Grand Jury as follows:
I served the Presenments at the U.S. District Court( Abraham Ribicoff Federal Bldg) in Hartford, CT. I intially went to the Court Clerk’s office. I asked for the clerk named on their website. I was told she ws in the New Haven, CT District Court today. The lady asked me why I wanted to speak with the clerk. I explained I was here to serve Presentments of a Grand Jury to the court. I handed her the Presentments upon request. She walked across a large room and handed it to someone sitting at a desk. The lady returned and referred me to the U.S. Attorney’s office on the third floor.
I entered the U.S. Attorney’s office which consisted of a waiting room. The counter was separated by a glass partition. I rang a buzzer on the counter. A lady appeared and I explained I was there to serve the AGJ Presentments. She stated I would need to fill out a form. I informed her this was not a lawsuit but a presentment of criminal charges. She asked me if I was an Attorney. I informed her I was not an Attorney. She asked me for the Presentments. I gave the documents to her.
She then walked away and returned approximately five minutes later and stated it would be reviewed and then notify me. I asked her to stamp the box on the top cover page and give me a copy. She returned after a few minutes with a copy of the whole Presentments including the time and date stamp in the box.
She could not tell me the process or how long it would take. That’s everything that transpired to the best of my recollection. It will be interesting to see how they respond.

I personally thank those trying to accomplish the goals of throwing Obama out and holding him accountable for the truth. I am not smart enough to be able to do the things it would take to do so,but I also believe that this is an entire cover up from the entire government, to overthrow our own government.

not to be a “negative ninny” …. but I’m beginning to thinks , we have already pretty much been overthrown.
It’s still fixable, cuz it ain’t over till it’s over…but none the less, we are attempting to shut the barn door not “after” but during the horses getting out.If you get my drift …

How the usurper got in is no mystery. He was let in by those in congress that think they are above the law. The evidence is contained in the Oct 5 2004 senate judiciary hearing transcript. Even the Heritage Foundation had representatives there. It is clear the intent was to construe the protection of the constitutional requirement of being natural born was an unacceptable bias and there was an understanding that it ought to be changed. Then almost miraculously Obama comes to politics and appears to satisfy their wish to seat a man in contempt of the constitution and then after time point out how silly and wrong this constitutional law was. Big mistake. Though some had good intentions I guarantee you men like Barney Frank knew what was in Obamas agenda and together orchestrated the biggest fraud upon America that ever has happened. Now they are stuck with their guilt and as children only do they try to conceal it in hopes all will be well after 2012 instead of allowing an investigation which would reveal their complicity. Too damn bad! If it was a mistake and you own up to it the court might have leniency as well as the people but to further the act by cover up and manipulation of the courts is all we the people need to see to ask for the highest charges and the stiffest penalties. This my friends has set them on a course of no returns as they can not ever be held accountable by their own hand and thus you can be assured they will do whatever is necessary to save their power and fortunes.
Already the parties are scrambling to save themselves from the wrath of the people of the third party and the application of law they intend. Beware old party slicksters who will thward prosecutions and limit penalties. Damage control is now their only hope. Deny it! Press ahead and as the old saying goes, take names and kick adz. No man is above the law.
