The Super II Grand Jury Presentments were hand delivered to Congressman Jeff Miller by Norman Caron, an American Grand Jury member.

Grand Jury Hearing details:

It is obvious that Nancy Pelosi and possibly many other DNC officials knew darn well Obama was illegal when they certified him on the ticket.

The details are right here in Exhibit 1 and 2.

Exhibit 1 clearly has the wording:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution:

But Exhibit 2 specifically leaves out the qualifying verbage:

So why is this fraud? It is very simple:

Pelosi and the DNC obviously prepared 2 documents but discarded the first in favor of hiding the truth and to CTA (cover their ass). It was the second document (the Exhibit 2 document) that was delivered to the Election Commission and is now of record in forty-nine of the fifty state Election Commission offices, state DNC headquarters, complete with date stamps, matching signatures, even the same Notary of Public authentication, but absent the constitutional text.

Not only is this fraud, it is a conspiracy as multiple people were involved with the cover-up.

As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.

This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgment. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.

The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

If you think American Grand Jury is just a passing fantasy, think again! One of the smartest moves we ever made was to convene the Super Jury. We have had them throw the the document in the garbage, say they don’t understand, tell us they need to go on vacation before addressing such issues, ask us to visit them in their hallowed offices to explain they are sorry, call the FBI, tell the Secret Service, hide in a corner, act like we just slapped their best friend, squirm, lie, cheat and generally defend everything about the corruption, greed and life style that supports the biggest con game in the history of the United States.

We actually had one Judge tell us our Presentments were unconstitutional. Imagine that! It is a wonder this guy could sit behind his oak stained bench and not have the people in his courtroom bust out laughing.

During the American Revolution 70% of the citizens were loyal to the King or apathetic. The other 30% founded a Nation.

Obama “forged” Certification of Live Birth —

The Obama campaign and election representatives before and after the election posted the document [seen below] on the Internet for millions to see. This document has no information on it that could possibly prove Obama is a “natural born” citizen. On top of that, this document has been proven over and over by experts to be “photo shopped” and a forgery.
