PR logoPRESS RELEASE: January 25th, 2010 by American Grand Jury

American Grand Jury concluded a “Grievance Letter” campaign this month. The Petition ended up with 3,181 names [digital signatures] submitted through an online form. The Petition names were printed out in a spreadsheet format and hand-delivered by process-serve to Judge Lamberth’s personal clerk, Robert Elliotte. The package included an “original” copy of the Super II Grand Jury Presentments, the Grievance letter and Petition names.

We have included the PRESS RELEASE on our main website along with a short audio excerpt talking about the campaign.

Emil is a new member of American Grand Jury.

Welcome onboard Emil..

Thanks for the nice letter of introduction and thanks for the link to your website. It is a great website. You said you spend 12 to 15 hours a day working on the website for the Patriotic cause. As a fellow Patriot I know exactly how you feel when you say 12 to 15 hours in the trenches.

Here is Emil’s website address — check it out, it is really well done:

This Process-Serve just came from one of our members in Alabama. Donald Gaines did a great job personally hand-delivering the American Grand Jury Presentments to the US Distict Court Clerk: Charles R. Diard Jr. for the Southern District of Alabama.

Nice work Donald..

On Sunday, October 25th, 2009, the TEA PARTY EXPRESS II was launched in San Diego – under the protective shadow of the decks of the mighty aircraft carrier, the USS Midway.

The press (CBS Channel 8 TV news in San Diego – at 5:00 and 11:00 pm) said there were about a thousand activists there. A thousand ‘My ###!’ If there wasn’t between 2 and 3 thousand, I’ll eat my…. Birth Certificate!

Neil just sent us some great photos [see below]. There was some great speeches, cheering, and singing, but we are all reminded that the ‘plus-sized’ lady hasn’t sung yet. So get out there and help save your Constitution, your Freedoms, and your Country.
