Would using this form increase the likelyhood that the complaint will be heard? I noticed the form needs to be signed by a judge. How does this work? Does anyone know?
I would think that one would fill it out, approach a magistrate with the charges, have him sign it and then take the signed form to the US Attorney’s office. The trouble is,would a Judge accomodate by signing it? Apparently, they are of the belief that individuals have no standing to file criminal charges. “Standing” is not mentioned in the Constitution.”Standing” is a tool used by Judges to deny our right to “petition the government for redress of grievances”. If having a traitor in the White House is not one of those (a “grievance”),I do not know what IS!
