Motion to Reconsider sent to Judge Royce Lamberth

The first Super Jury Presentments (173 members) were served on Judge Lamberth’s Court within a few days after being handed down. That was sometime at the end of June. Within a few days (by July 2nd) Judge Lamberth responded with an Order. You can see the Order displayed in this posting. American Grand Jury shortly thereafter filed a “Motion to Reconsider” with the Court which was an aggressive response.

Dear Judge Royce C. Lamberth:
There is no authorization for payment of your Federal Judge salary. There is no sitting President to sign any support bill from Congress. Hence, you are not a FEDERAL JUDGE, nor are you authorized your salary. You are a common citizen like all of the citizens on the SUPER GRAND JURY. Actually we have more power than you do at the current time. We are the PEOPLE and you are merely a PERSON expressing your opinion.
Your power to sit as a FEDERAL JUDGE is DENIED!

Well I am Not all that sure whom YOU would have to Go to.To get above this Overly Swollen Headed Judge,However this is a RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE so We need MORE TO Stand with US to SHow who really should be the POWER & Voice.We have too many of them that do Not want to follow the Constitution and the WILL OF THE PEOPLE ! There for we need to have them Inpeached or voted out or what ever it takes for the RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE UNDER CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.They are willfuly Obstructing Justice with this Denial !If we could find the Best Judge that is going by the constitution and Have Him here these inditments and charges and Have them do their JOB As well as Our House & Congress that are suppose to be the ones that would have stopped this already then we would be better off.So where & Who is RIGHT?Do we not have a LEGAL MIND that is Not corrupt? That is already in Power?Do we need to bring 5 million people to the White House with Tar & Feathers and moving trucks for these People in Power to either do their job of Put them out? Isn’t their a Military Commander that can Charge these people with Treason and Have them taken from Office in Chains ?I know the Attorney General is suppose to have done something ,However he seems to be on the wrong side of JUSTICE also !They are going to keep this from happening till their is a WAR on Washington and OUR RIGHTS are UPHELD or we are all inslaved or dead !WE THE PEOPLE ARE Right in this FIGHT to keep our Constitution as it was written,and TO have the LAW WORK for US and Let NO ONE BE ABOVE THE LAW of our Constitution !Which Americans Have fought and died for scence 1776.If only 30% will Stand Tall and Let our NaTION HEAR THE TRUTH AND THE Will of THE PEOPLE that are fighting to SAVE OUR NATION from these Communist,Socialist,Fascist SWINE.That We are All under the same LAW and that they can NOT be ABOVE THE LAW !DONE on a NATIONAL TV Station with the Millions that are already behind the Movement then Maybe we can Get this done with No Blood Shedding but that of the GUILTY of TREASON & WaR CRIMES! We the people of the United States of America, as born again Americans, do hereby demand that the un-constitutional activities being instigated by the Congress, at the direction of President Barack Hussein Obama cease and desist immediately.
We do not want a New World Order, but America’s soverignty.
We do not want the government taking over independent businesses, or dictating who the puppet managers are, or how much they are compensated.
We have become the greatest nation the World has ever known as a result of capitalism and the free enterprise system, and we do not want that to change.
We want a fence along our southern border, built by out-of-work Americans, to stop the influx of illegal aliens and potential criminals and terrorists. We no not want amnesty for illegal aliens already here. We want them deported, including the thousands already incarcerated in our jail and prisons.
We want the global warming hoax out of our lives along with cap and trade and EPA directives that will kill our industries that are left. The Earth has been through dozens of cycles of warming and cooling trends, and wet and dry periods since recorded science, and many more for millions of years before records were kept. The study of tree rings makes that a scientific certainty.
We want this Country to return to the judaeo/christian principles on which it was founded, and we want all of our freedoms restored and not considered for any restrictions, such as proposed gun laws that would restrict our right to keep and bear arms to defend ourselves and our Country should that ever become necessary.
In short, we want the Government out of our lives, out of our right to make our own healthcare, religious, financial or any other choices, and we want the President and the Congress, who are basically servants of the people, to have no more advantages than the people themselves.
