I have to hand it to you. Serving papers in Hartford is like walking into the lion’s den. I am happy you are safe and sound.

Paul sent American Grand Jury notice of 3 more serves made personally, the Supreme Court of Connecticut, Representative John Larson and Senator Lieberman. Now the Lieberman serve didn’t go so smoothly, but it is a done deal!

Here is Paul’s words regarding Lieberman:

Bob,

Tried Serving Sen. Lieberman’s Office, they took the presentments in hand, then some gentleman came down and tried to hand them back to me; he was visibly upset in both tone and body language. He would neither sign nor stamp the presentments and said maybe I should try mailing them. He again tried to hand them back to me and I refused to take them; then in the Lobby of One Constitution Plaza in downtown Hartford at 10:30am on 10-26-2009; he threw them at me and they bounced off me and hit the floor. I called out to him “Sir – you must take these papers.” I walked over to the security guard and said to him, “Did you see him throw those papers at me?” The gentleman; again insisted that he could not take the papers; I told him that he was served and I was certain that if I stayed any longer I would be arrested; So I bid him goodbye and left the building.

He claimed they were not legal documents; he was very emotional. I thought best to leave – maybe I should have waited for a written reason; but I was uncertain as to how things might have gone.

I will say this, as I was exiting the building, he bent over and pick them off the floor; last I know they were still in his hands. I did not get the gentleman’s name in all the excitement. But his office was served.

Will this do? Or must it be approached from another direction – certified mail etc?

Please know that this is the only place I encountered a backlash.

I did however get papers served to The Supreme Court of CT and to Rep. John Larson – see attached signed/stamped receipts.

Paul, you did just fine. Lieberman was served. Trust me, the Office of Senator Lieberman now knows all about the American Grand Jury Presentments naming their beloved Messiah as a “fraud and a “traitor.”
