Greetings everyone,

Recently, Judge David O. Carter dismissed the Orly Taitz eligibility lawsuit. Much to the disapointment of all concerned Americans, justice was not served. It is apparent in this Country that money and power buy everything. Obama has the money and the power. But all is not lost. God still controls our destiny. Obama may have dodged a lawsuit but in the “Book of Life” he will never find peace or solice.

It has become more and more apparent that a “civil” lawsuit is never going to solve anything. Obama is a criminal and should be treated as such. American Grand Jury has done everything in it’s power to make the Judicary aware of the crimes committed by Obama, Pelosi and others. Many say, “we have done nothing.” I disagree. More and more people are becoming aware of just how much of a criminal Obama really is. Knowledge is power and the people are gaining that knowledge on a daily basis. The Judiciary will sooner or later have to intervene or the entire credibity of our Constitution and legal system will crumble. The naysayers say, “crumble we will.” I say, “it will not happen without a revolution and a fight.” You can only push the American people so far until they will fight and that fight will change the course of our Republic for years to come.

Now, we are having difficulties serving some of these Courts. The Courts are refusing to take the Presentments or worse, simply refusing to respond. That is fine. We expected this to happen. The Courts can be intimidating. They don’t want to touch a “hot potato.”

The solution is to change the way we serve these Courts. This change will make it much easier to legally bind and serve a Court. The solution is to actually “Process-Serve” the Clerk of the Court. It is not complicated. The paperwork can be prepared in advance and all that is necessary is to DELIVER the Presentments. No signature or stamp is required from the Court. Once the documents are delivered to the Court, that’s it — the Court is legally served.

Below is the document that is going to do the work. IT WILL BE PREPARED IN ADVANCE and included with the American Grand Jury Presentments.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SERVING A UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT please contact me. I will prepare the documents in advance for you, including all the information necessary such as Clerk’s name, address, etc. All you have to do is get the documents printed, notarized and delivered to the Court.

WHO IS GOING TO VOLUNTEER to “Process Serve” the Presentments? This MUST be done in person. You cannot mail these. All you do is deliver the documents to the Clerk’s Office.

Please let me know if you are interested?

Regards,
Bob Campbell

This is what the document looks like:

    THE PREPARED DOCUMENTS THAT YOU WILL PREPARE - DO I TAKE THESE TO STAPLES AND USE THE COPY MACHINE TO PRINT THEM AND THEN TAKE THEM TO BE NOTARIZED?

  2. Bob Says:

    Hi Nancy,

    This would be the same type of .PDF file that you currently download to receive the Presentments. The only difference is the cover sheet is changed to include a Process-Serve affidavit. You would download the package and print the documents. Or you could save the .PDF file on a flash card and take to Staples (or print store) to have them printed. You would then get the Cover sheet (the affidavit) notarized and you are ready to serve the documents to any United States District Court. The reason I suggest the United States District Court is I believe we should try and get to these courts first. They probably have the best chance of success or a higher-up State Court.

    Let me know which US District Court you would like to serve and I will get the clerk information to plug into the form before I send it to you. I will email the .PDF file directly to you.

    Thanks,
    Bob

    I would be honored in doing so!
    Thank you from the bottom of America’s heart for all that you

    Attn: Bob

    P. S. to my recent comment— IT DAWNED ON ME THAT IN PAST YEARS I WON A “CIVIL ACTION” IN COURT WHEN i SHOULD HAVE FILED A “CRIMINAL ACTION” IN THE FIRST PLACE. HAVING WON THE “JUDGE-MENT” ,I COULD NOT COLLECT $$ WHEREAS IF I HAD FILED “CRIMINAL” CHARGES THE JUDGE WOULD HAVE PRONOUNCED SERVING TIME IN PRISON. For whatever that may be worth! the ole’ man

    Bob,
    I’m not sure what the district here is for Hillsville,Va. Not even sure where to look for the info. But am willing to try an serve the court here and as you know the commonwealth Atty. refused to do anything when I served him. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Ralph,

    Get the information off the Internet or make a call by phone. I need the name of the Clerk of the Court that you want to serve and the official title of the United States District Court.. ex: Western District Court of New York.. an address and phone number is helpful to.

    I will fill out the Affidavit form with the correct information and email it to you. You can get the Affidavit notarized and then serve the court.

  7. Paula Says:

    As soon as I read this, ” American Grand Jury has done everything in it’s power to make the Judicary aware of the crimes committed by Obama, Pelosi and others”, my mind thought, ‘What would the chances be of serving presentments for Pelosi? You already have the proof with the 2 different documents filed the same day, same time and signed by the same 3 people.
    Can we handle (legally) more than one presentment at the same time?

  8. MtnMyst Says:

    Hi Bob! This is a great idea, i.e., streamlining the process and making it safer for those brave souls which take on the job! I had one little question, and please excuse me for perhaps experiencing early “old-timers” syndrome! I noticed that, in the space for the Notary, it says that the papers have already been served. Well, how do they know? And if you have it notarized BEFORE you serve the papers, how does the Notary know that you will do so? So, when does it get notarized? Thanks for clearing this up!

  9. Cherry Says:

    I agree with Paula. There was just an article in which
    David Plouff(sp?) ADMITTED that they did NOT vet Obama
    AT ALL! That means others are guilty as well of not
    not doing their jobs legally!

  10. John Says:

    Glad to see I wasn’t the only one who noticed that the instructions on getting the cover sheet notarized didn’t coincide with the wording of the notary statement. Having the cover sheet notarized before the date and time of serving are written in would put a notary’s commission in jeopardy. Thus no notary would notarize an incomplete document.

    John, I think you are being somewhat negative here and you are incorrect about the notory implication. I was a notary for 15 years and a Process-Server for 10 years. The notary can only notarize a signature. They cannot approve or disaprove of the document they are signing. They are not attorneys.

    You do not put a notary in jeopardy with this document. The notary is not swearing to a “serve date.” They are swearing to the fact that you signed the document. On top of that the AFFIDAVIT is NOT for the Court. It is for the Process-Server to prove the document was served. The Court could not use the Affidavit any other reason than to try and prove or disprove the serve was made. There are no laws being broken here. There is no mal-intent. We are simply serving a court and documenting it.

    If you don’t believe me that is fine. But I will guarantee-damn-tee you I can make a serve EVERY time with this document and nobody is qoing to question me.

    Thank you,
    Bob

  11. Bob Says:

    MtnMyst,

    The Affidavit is for OUR RECEIPT. This document is to show the Court that a Process-Server has “served” the court. We give the Court a copy just so they know we have effected the serve. I was a Process-Server for 10 years.

    The Notary only needs to “notarize” your signature. The date is written in by the notary in the notary declaration. The notary has no concern for the legality of the document. Most notaries will only ask, “is this the document you want to sign and get notarized.” If they comment or advise on the legality of the document they are practicing law.

    Do not try and micro-manage the “intent” here. KEEP THINGS SIMPLE. All you have to do is get the document signed and notarized and then deliver the Presentments. ALL the blanks will be filled in prior to notarizing, except the date and time you serve the documents. This is a very standard Process-Serve form.

    If you are concerned the service date and notary date don’t match, SIMPLY INITIAL the date and time you serve the documents. That indicates you had your signature notarized but you filled in a blank at a different time and you then initialed it to clarify things. NO BIG DEAL!

    Again, the Affidavit is for OUR benefit in case we have to prove to the Court we served the documents. The Affidavit lets the Court know that we effected a serve.

    Okay?

    Bob, we have 29 District Courts here in Maine. Do you want all of them? Between Ann of ME and me of ME, maybe we can get to either all or most of them?

  17. Bob Says:

    No Paula,

    Just pick a couple of Federal Courts that you and Ann can handle easily. No wonder the government is broke. 29 courts in ME.. jeezz.. have Ann do one and you do one.. send me each name of the Clerk of the Court and the address of that Court that you want to serve. I will prepare the paperwork and send to you.

  20. Robert Laity Says:

    Just a reminder that ALL (9) US Supreme Court Justices were served by Certified mail in August,2009,by me. I have the receipt. They KNOW everything about these charges.Get the name of your circuit court Chief Judge also. For example,I live in the Second Circuit based in NY City. I sent papers to the Chief Circuit Judge Dennis Jacobs. There are (13)US Circuit courts.Circuit Courts are the next level up from A US District Court All circuit courts have a Supreme court Justice who oversees it.These are called circuit Court Justices. NY’s second circuit’s Circuit Justice is Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Texas’s is Antonin Scalia.

  21. Robert Laity Says:

    Paula, You will be happy to know that there is only ONE US District Court in Maine. It holds hearings in Bangor and Portland. I believe you may have gotten confused with County “district courts”,like they have in Massachusetts.,which are not US Courts. In any event I fowarded Bob complete info about the Maine District US District Court.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ thanks Robert ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I filled out Affidavits for Paula for 5 courts. As it turned out these are State Courts, not Federal Courts. I emailed Paula and asked her to discard the files.
    Bob, if no one else has already done so, I would like to serve the US District Court in Boise during an upcoming business trip there (it’s about 130 miles from where I am).
    The address of the court is:
    550 W. Fort St.
    Boise, ID 83724
    Do you have a way to find the clerk’s information? If not, I could call the court and ask.
    Has anyone served the 9th Circuit Court? Idaho is in their jurisdiction. If not, I could do so (by mail).
