Hi Everyone, Thanks for your encouragement. I was a bit nervous, but not bad. Read the instructions Bob provided a few times to ensure I knew well what I wanted to say. I believe the clerk was more nervous, as soon as she read what this was regarding, she began trembling, and went to speak to her supervisor, who then made a phone call. She then came back and stamped it. Let’s pray they act. Am I correct that they must respond within 40 days?
Way to go Susan I pray that you do get a reply. I’m still waiting to hear from the FL Attorney Gen and Fl Congressman despite several followups. I have received nothing from the presentments I served (by mail)back in August.
I still have to get my act together and serve the new Super presentments this time I plan on going in person to our U.S. District Court in Pensacola FL and handing it to them. Does anyone know can I use the same cover sheet that I used to serve the presentments from July or do I have to have another one re-notorized from the Super presentments?
The Presentments are the same.. you do not need to use the Process-Serve form unless you want to. The “standard” cover sheet which you had notarized before will work.. Don’t sweat the details, just deliver the Presentments.. thanks for a great job so far.. Bob
