Toni in TX serves Congressman and County Sheriff
October 28th, 2009
I just received this from Toni in Texas. She served Congressman Louie Gohmert and the Gregg County Sheriff’s Department.
Here are Toni’s words:
I took copies of both presentments to Congressman Louie Gohmert’s office (TX-1- US). I met with Penney Pew. She accepted the presentments and told me she would get them to Congressman Gohmert, but she refused to sign for them. So.. in front of her.. I asked her name and exactly what her title is and I printed it IN FRONT OF HER in the little box for the signature.
Then on to the Gregg County Sheriff’s office. Sheriff Cerliano was busy and couldn’t see me, but he asked one of his Lieutenants to see me. Mr. William Drennan. He stamped them received, I picked up his business card and left.
Actually, it wasn’t that easy.. I finally opened up my little packet of documents, showed him the birth certificate with the foot print on it and the 2 DNC affidavits signed by Nancy Pelosi and I told him, “Lieutenant, because of these papers, the voters of Gregg County and the State of Texas have been deceived. We were mislead that we were voting for an eligible candidate. From his own mouth he tells us that his father was a Kenyan national. Kenya was under British control at the time of Obama’s birth, therefore his father is a British Citizen and at his birth, British citizenship was passed on to Obama. The Constitution requires that a candidate for president MUST be a natural-born-citizen and Obama, by right of his British citizenship is NOT a natural-born-citizen”.
I wish you could have seen the look on his face when I showed him the Kenyan birth certificate and Nancy’s signatures on two different forms.
Icing on the cake? I had to get the papers notorized at the RNC office because my bank doesn’t do that anymore. While I was there, I struck up a very nice conversation with our County RNC chair. He asked me if I have copies of the Constitution to present as well, and I told him no, but I have copies of Opinions from Supreme Court Justices stating the legality of the American Grand Jury. He said, “That’ll do!”

Way to keep plugging, Toni - a great presentation.
On an aside, Bob, can you furnish somewhere a copy of the “WARNING: These are Grand Jury Presentments… … Any clerk, employee… … that refuses… &c.” for copying?
My early June type of presentment didn’t include the warning/misprison of felony statement, and I had to verbally, tactfully, explain the matter. Fell on deaf ears except for in my home county, Lavaca, Texas. I’ll try again with the new, improved version, which may gain more attention from the bureaucracy.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi Toni, because I am a hard head,I decided to serve a Pres and VP of Texas Organization of Sheriffs which might give them something to talk about at their next meeting here:
http://www.txsheriffs.org/ >about SAT > officers and board staff. I happened to notice that your Sheriff Cerliano is the Sgt-At-Arms in this organization that was just too busy too talk to you.Hoping to get more coverage of these presentments.I am however trying to figure out how to get these presentments printed on toilet tissue so if these men won’t/can’t do their jobs there can be a secondary use for them.I guess I would have to print on the outside “Please don’t squeeze the presentments” ha ha
